If you have a customer service background and are fluent in the Korean language, this job may be for you!

  • Candidates should have previous Customer service background with a proven track record.
  • Must have the ability to read, translate, speak and communicate fluently in English and Korean
  • Technical Aptitude is a Plus
  • Previous Call Center Experience is preferred
